A concrete replacement project in front of the Lied Transplant Center, along Emile Street, began Oct. 8, and is expected to be completed by Tuesday, Oct. 15.
During this project, temporary vehicle and pedestrian traffic changes will occur. Please note the following:
- Barricades are placed along the south side of Lied Transplant Center to support concrete replacement activities.
- During this time, Emile Street sidewalk traffic will be rerouted to the south side of the street at the nearest crosswalks.
- Westbound Emile Street vehicle traffic will be rerouted into the center turning lane to maintain two-way traffic at all times.
- The Lied Transplant Center vehicle drop-off lane entry and exit will be closed in two phases to allow dock traffic to continue to serve the building while repairs are made.
