Nebraska Medicine leadership is updating its mail delivery at a few locations at Nebraska Medical Center.
Beginning Monday, June 3, mail services will reduce the number of stops from two to one due to budget constraints at the following locations:
- Clarkson Tower
- Durham Outpatient Center
- Kiewit Tower
- Lied Transplant Center
- Hixson Lied Center
- Medical Science Building
- Specialty Services Pavilion
- University Tower
This only affects mail delivery stops.
All mail and outbound packages will be picked up by 2:30 p.m. daily. Package delivery will remain as is and be unaffected.
Are they giving them bigger carts? As it is with twice a day delivery, their carts are completely full. I can’t imagine what it will be like on journal delivery days. So heavy too…
