Olson Center will discuss ‘the positive aging mindset’

The Olson Center for Women’s Health will address how to create a positive aging mindset at its upcoming webinar on Tuesday, April 16, from noon to 1 p.m.

Michele Magner, creator of the Inspired Caring podcast will present “The Positive Aging Mindset” at the next Olson Center Brown Bag. How people think about aging impacts how they are aging. The presentation will dive into why people think the way they do about getting older, learn the benefits of mindfulness and identify areas of opportunity to integrate new thought processes into people’s daily lives.
