UNMC students and staff paused Monday to take in the solar eclipse from the Ruth & Bill Scott Student Plaza. UNMC’s Rich Watson was there to capture the scene on the ground and in the sky.

This image was captured about 2:12 p.m., shortly after the solar eclipse’s peak in Omaha.
