Annual NUFlex Enrollment for employee benefits is one week away. Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. CST, Monday, Oct. 30, and runs through Friday, Nov. 17, at 5 p.m. CST. To prepare, here are some things employees can do ahead of time:
- Log into Firefly
- By logging into Firefly now, you ensure that your password is current.

- Contact the Firefly help desk at 402-559-BUZZ (2899) or by email.
- Adding a new dependent?
- Gather dependent verification documents now. Here is a link for those documents.
- Considering using our Employee Plus One plans?
- Have you had a life change event in the past 12 months?
- Review your life insurance beneficiary designation by logging into Firefly, click on Employee Self Service and then click on the Life Insurance Beneficiaries tile.
- Is your permanent address up to date?
- The permanent address is where new insurance cards will be mailed. Make sure that this information is up to date so there isn’t a delay receiving the new cards.
