Why is research important in the world today? It may identify treatments and improvement in patient care.
My research will make a difference because: I hopefully will improve the visual outcomes of blinding conditions by identifying future or different therapeutic targets.
The best advice I’ve ever received is: Do what you are passionate about, and then work doesn’t feel like work.
Three things you may not know about me are:
- I have a son and a daughter.
- My wife, Kathryn, and I are from Oklahoma and are Sooner fans.
- I enjoy gardening and growing exotic plants.
