What do you do to stay balanced?
I teach group fitness classes at the downtown YMCA, and I spend time with people who fill my bucket. I’m also hoping to participate in UNMC’s running club this year.
Three things people may not know about me:
- I have been to all 50 states, so I feel I can say Alaska is the best state.
- On my family medicine rotation, I was bit by a snake, and on my surgery rotation, I had to get nine rabies shots.
- I can do a back handspring and teach you how to do one too!
