Trevor Daubert is a new resident physician with the UNMC Department of Anesthesiology.
Medical School: University of Nebraska Medical Center
Why did you choose the medical field? In addition to watching the impact different physicians made on the lives of my family members, I had a love for science and a passion for helping others and figured it was the right career path for me.
What made you choose anesthesiology? As someone who enjoyed many different facets of my clinical rotations, I found anesthesiology to be a great combination of cerebral medicine and procedural interventions while also offering great diversity in patient populations and acuity of diseases. I also found the field to be very rewarding with great career flexibility and longevity.
