The UNMC Ice Rink is offering one more weekend to skate before officially closing for the season. The rink will be open today through Sunday, Feb. 23. Admission and skate rental will remain free for everyone – the general public along with the med center and University of Nebraska community.
Skating hours are:
- Today and Saturday: 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
Check weather closures by going to Facebook or by calling 402-559-0697. Free parking is available in Lot 15S, the surface lot on 40th Street between Dewey & Emile Streets, located on the south and east sides of the Student Life Center.
Skaters can bring food and beverages; no concessions are available on site. Alcohol is not allowed. For more information about the ice rink, check the rink’s webpage.
