Researchers at UNMC have partnered with the All of Us Research Program from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The goal of the research program is to recruit one million or more people from across the United States and its territories to help medical researchers learn more about health. The program is building one of the largest, most diverse health research databases of its kind.

Cyrus Desouza, MBBS, is the primary investigator leading the Nebraska partner site. All eligible adults who live in the United States and its territories can join the All of Us Research Program.

Participants will be asked to:

  • Give consent
  • Take online surveys
  • Share their electronic health record (EHR)

They may also be asked to give blood, urine, or saliva samples and provide physical measurements like height and weight.

Researchers will use this information to do studies. This may one day help them find ways to treat and prevent disease.

Learn more and enroll here. If you have questions, email allofus@unmc.edu or call 402-552-2305.
