Jen Luedders, MD, assistant professor with UNMC Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Allergy and Immunology, will present a discussion on wintertime allergies and asthma at the next Olson Center Brown Bag.
Seasonal allergies aren’t just limited to spring and fall – they can affect people year-round. Dr. Luedders will explore the various types of allergies that can flare up during the winter months, from indoor allergens, including dust mites and mold, to other seasonal triggers.
Dr. Luedders also will dive into how cold weather and environmental changes can impact asthma, offering practical insights on managing symptoms and breathing easier during the chillier season.
