Health outreach conference to be held in Omaha

The 2025 National Health Outreach and Engagement Conference, hosted by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, will be held April 29-May 1 in Omaha.

The conference planning committee invites proposals for presentations, workshops, panels and posters that explore innovative approaches to health promotion through collaboration and partnerships.

This year’s theme, “Rooted in Partnerships: Growing Collaborations for Health Promotion,” emphasizes the role of multisector partnerships and collaboration in implementing programs, as well as policy, systems and environmental change approaches that promote health for all people.

Presentation proposals are due by Dec. 15 at 11:59 p.m. CT; proposals should be submitted via Qualtrics at this link. Notices of acceptance will go out by Jan. 31 by 5 p.m. CT.

All presenters and co-presenters must be registered for the conference by March 1 at 5 p.m. CT to remain on the program. Accepted presentations must be uploaded to a designated digital location (to be announced) by April 20 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
