Karen Freeman, student loan/scholarship coordinator in the UNMC Office of Financial Aid, is retiring after 16 years with UNMC.
“Karen has done an incredible job managing UNMC scholarship funds,” said Paula Kohles, director of financial aid. “Her dedication to students and university partners will be greatly missed.”
Freeman’s retirement party is Tuesday, Dec. 3, from 2-3:30 p.m. in Williams Science Hall, Room 2.0.010. Colleagues and friends are invited to attend to thank her for her service and wish her well in retirement.
