Event will teach some AI, help with holiday prep

Eric Bloomquist

UNMC’s Eric Bloomquist will present “Artificial Intelligence (AI): Your Holiday Planning Companion” at the next Olson Center Brown Bag.

Do you feel like the AI train has left the station, leaving you behind on the platform? For those completely new to AI, this session will provide a safe, fun, exploratory introduction. With the holiday season around the corner, Bloomquist, communications and learning experiences manager with the UNMC Office of Faculty Development, will discuss how AI tools can be used to eliminate common stressors this time of year — from generating gift ideas, sprucing up a holiday card or brainstorming plans for a gathering.

The virtual event is on Tuesday, Nov. 19, from noon to 1 p.m. To attend, register either through Engage, email the Olson Women’s Health Resource Center or call 402-559-6345.

The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants before the event.

This UNMC Brown Bag will not provide nursing credit.
