The Olson Center for Women’s Health is seeking health fair exhibitors for its 27th annual Omaha Women’s Health and Wellness Conference.
The conference, themed “Embrace a Healthy You,” will be held Friday, Oct. 25, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Scott Conference Center, 6450 Pine St. in Omaha.
Health fair exhibit space is free and open to any Nebraska Medicine and UNMC departments, clinics and programs.
While the conference runs all day, the health fair exhibit times are 8-9 a.m. and 10:15-10:45 a.m., with setup available from 7-7:45 a.m. This scheduling is intended to allow clinic personnel to exhibit at the conference and then return for afternoon clinics.
The exhibit space will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
To register as an exhibitor, complete this form with the names and titles of the people who will be booth attendees at the conference. If electricity is needed, a $10 fee will need to be paid by the applicable department. The health fair exhibit does not provide a conference registration.
