Omaha Performing Arts Broadway season is wrapping up, but one offer is left for UNMC employees and students.

This spectacle of a show has won 10 Tony Awards, including best musical. It features songs from pop icons including The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, Frank Sinatra, Beyonce, The Police, Madonna, Katy Perry, Elton John and more.

Discussion on mental health stigma marks AAPI Heritage Month
Jian (Lily) Chen, a leading advocate on mental health and the Asian American community, led a presentation May 13 to mark Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
Chen is executive director of the United Chinese Americans Youth Mental Health Collaborative WAVES (Wellness, Advocacy, Voices, Education, and Support). The organization reaches immigrant families throughout the U.S. with its community educational programs and advocacy.
Chen shared her work in addressing mental health stigma in Asian American and Pacific Islander youth and families. A panel of med center experts joined the discussion on mental health access in diverse AAPI communities.
