Olson Center webinar will discuss the menstrual cycle

The Olson Center for Women’s Health will discuss the menstrual cycle at its upcoming webinar on Tuesday, May 21, from noon to 1 p.m.

Heather Ramsey, DNP, a certified nurse-midwife with the Olson Center for Women’s Health, will present “Understanding the Menstrual Cycle” at the next Olson Center Brown Bag.

Keeping track of menstrual cycles can help women understand what’s typical for them. This lecture will describe the phases of the menstrual cycle, how to track periods and when to be concerned if irregularities occur.
