Ms. Kugel grew up in Buffalo, NY, and lived in Boston for 15 years before moving to Lincoln.
“My husband, Dean Gerry Kugel, and I have four children – three boys and a girl. They are all grown up and live in Boston, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Buffalo. We also have two little Japanese Chin dogs we love too!” she said.
