The UNMC Office of Global Engagement is accepting nominations from March 10-31 for its fourth International Photo Contest.
“The OGE is excited to launch its fourth annual international photo contest,” said Jane Meza, PhD, associate vice chancellor for global engagement. “We received many beautiful photos last year.”
Participants are invited to submit up to three of their favorite travel photos for the contest. The online submission process will be through the UNMC Office of Global Engagement website, where participants can find the official contest rules and the submission form.
This year, submissions will be grouped into three categories: Cityscapes/architecture, landscapes/nature and people/animals.
Photos will be judged based on originality and creativity, photographic quality and communication of culture and place/theme. All judging will be done anonymously. A grand prize will be awarded, as well as a winning photo from each category in both the student/resident and faculty/staff divisions. Please do not submit previously entered photos from last year’s competition.
