Donning our gay apparel and musical sparkle is a 40-vear tradition for the River City Mixed Chorus, which performed its first holiday show in 1984. Mannheim Steamroller Christmas by Grammy Award winner Chip Davis has been America’s favorite holiday tradition for more than 35 years. Davis has created a show that features Mannheim Steamroller Christmas classics in the distinctive Mannheim sound. The program includes dazzling multimedia effects performed in an intimate setting. - Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company: “The Year of the Dragon,” Jan. 19. Save 10% on price levels and reduced handling fees. Immerse in a festive production celebrating the biggest holiday in the world – the 2024 Lunar New Year of the Dragon. Firecrackers, cymbals and drums accompany the acrobatic dragon dancers and vibrant colors from the motions of the endless floating lines of fabric, costumes and props that are created by the agile dancers and warriors. Choreographer Nai-Ni Chen has been making dances that bridge the richness of Asian artistic heritage and the dynamism of American dance for the past 30 years.
