Due to construction, 42nd Street will be closed throughout August from Farnam Street to Dewey Avenue.
Repairs to infrastructure underground are needed after a water main break that occurred Monday night, Aug. 7, near 42nd and Farnam streets. The Clarkson Tower entrance at 42nd Street and Dewey Avenue is accessible from the south on 42nd Street. Single lane closures along Farnam Street, between 44th and 42nd streets also are possible.
Clarkson Doctors Building South, which was closed Aug. 8 due to flooding caused by the water main, is scheduled to reopen Monday, Aug. 14. Patients who have appointments at that location are being contacted to reschedule, and staff in that building scheduled to work will be redeployed.
