UNMC’s intramural leagues are back for the summer, and there are options for participants of all activity levels. Intramural leagues are athletic competitions organized for UNMC and Nebraska Medicine faculty, staff, students and their families (parents, spouses and children). Teams also may have a limited number of non-UNMC or Nebraska Medicine individuals.

How to sign up
Captains must create a team through EZLeagues. Once they have, they should pay the registration fee online or at the front desk of the Center for Healthy Living and then instruct their teammates to register as members.
Individuals without a team must sign up through EZLeagues. Once registered, an individual may choose to be added to a team in need of players or form a new team with other individuals unattached to a team.
If someone doesn’t have enough players for a full team, if anyone encounters issues during registration or for more information about this or other leagues at UNMC, direct questions to Scott Stopak or to the Center for Healthy Living front desk at 402-559-5254.
