The UNMC community is invited to celebrate I Love UNMC Day on Thursday, April 6.
In Omaha, students, faculty and staff can drop by the Sorrell Center’s Alumni Commons between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. for cookies (while supplies last) and the opportunity to share – via video or on paper – what they love most about UNMC.
Students at UNMC locations in Kearney, Norfolk, Scottsbluff and Lincoln should contact their administration to see what is being planned at their locations.
The celebration is part of the sixth annual “I Love NU” Week, an opportunity for individuals to show support for the university and visit with state senators about the work and impact of the NU System’s four campuses. Representatives from each NU campus will be at the State Capitol today (April 5) to speak with senators in the rotunda and engage with other university supporters.
