What do you do to stay balanced? Setting short- and long-term goals, daily exercise, maintaining perspective by staying informed about the world, spending time with family/friends as often as possible, creative outlets and a good amount of fun on weekends.
Three things people may not know about me:
- I care for over 50 houseplants.
- I try to watch as many movies as possible. My favorite directors are Darren Aronofsky, Stanley Kubrick and Hayao Miyazaki.
- I went through a phase in college where I made my own yogurt, kombucha and sourdough.
