How I fell in love with ambulatory care: I have always enjoyed working with patients and continuity of patient care. Both interests are present in an ambulatory care setting. I feel that working within ambulatory care, pharmacists can be utilized to help with patient continuity of care within, as well as outside of, the clinic and provide additional patient education and assistance where needed.
