Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in an all-campus forum with UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, Thursday, Oct. 6, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Dr. Gold will be joined online by Ken Bayles, PhD, UNMC’s new vice chancellor for research, and Jane Meza, PhD, interim executive director for health security for UNMC.
Dr. Bayles, who assumes his new role Oct. 1, will discuss his vision and goals for UNMC’s research enterprise. Dr. Meza will discuss the recently updated COVID-19 campus guidelines. Dr. Gold will provide other campus highlights and take questions from the audience.
Attendees can view the forum online via Zoom. An American Sign Language interpreter will take part in the event.
