The UNMC/Nebraska Medicine/University of Nebraska at Omaha Mail Services Department is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing mail, including U.S. mail and campus mail.
The shipping and receiving department processes all incoming express mail and ground packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx and other common carriers.
Both departments are located at 601 S. Saddle Creek Road in Omaha (inside Annex 22).
Hours and courier routes – Open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for receiving only. Courier routes include: Children’s Hospital & Medical Center, the VA, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Varner Hall, Nebraska State Capitol and all Nebraska Medicine clinics off the main campus including Grand Island and Kearney.
Services – Incoming and outgoing mail and packages for UNMC and UNO, and mail only for Nebraska Medicine, are processed daily from USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon Logistics and freight carriers. In addition, the departments process outgoing mail and packages for Bellevue Medical Center and the off-campus Nebraska Medicine clinics.
Available outbound services are USPS inclusive of registered mail and certified mail, UPS and FedEx. Note: Amazon arrives sporadically throughout the afternoon; with routes leaving the facility at 10 a.m., most Amazon deliveries are delivered the next day.

Emergencies happen – If you need to pick up a package, call 402-559-5895 before 10 a.m. and provide the tracking number so the package can be pulled and set aside.
