Chancellor’s all-campus forum set for Sept. 6

UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, and Jane Meza, PhD, interim executive director for health security for UNMC

Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in an all-campus forum with UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, on Tuesday, Sept. 6, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

Dr. Gold will be joined online by Jane Meza, PhD, interim executive director for health security for UNMC, to discuss a range of topics from COVID-19 and monkeypox to research news, highlights of the University of Nebraska retirement plan and updates on the med center’s Innovation Design Unit, a patient care environment to design, test and validate new models of care.

Attendees can view the forum online via Zoom. An American Sign Language interpreter will take part in the event.
