The College of Medicine's Culture Conversation is a series of video interviews, material and other items designed to help leaders, faculty, staff and students of the college build their professional toolbox and strengthen the college's workplace and educational culture.
This month, we continue the discussion of "Courage." The attached documents will help continue the conversation:
- Courage Culture Conversation – These slides contain the concepts and questions you will use to conduct the monthly culture conversations, reviewing last month’s concepts and prompting discussion on how to use them. As a reminder, the three concepts are: Assume Positive Intent (Be Extraordinary Together), Speak Up with CUS (Zero Harm toolkit), and Inclusive Integrity (Inclusion and Diversity).
- Leader Packet – Use this packet as your guide in preparing for the conversation. This conversation should set up for the ongoing efforts beyond this month.
These resources will be placed on the Be Extraordinary Together portal. Use that portal if you need to access these resources or any supplemental resources needed in understanding the concepts for the month.
In addition, we provide tips and tools throughout the month on the Be Extraordinary Together Channel on the NOW. Please use this as an additional resource and space to celebrate all the great work in building an extraordinary culture.
