The third of five finalists for the role of UNMC vice chancellor for business, finance and business development, Susan Kraft Mann, will be on campus today.
Faculty, staff and students are invited to hear from Kraft Mann and ask questions during a campus forum from noon to 12:45 p.m. Attendees can access the Zoom link via this intranet page.
Kraft Mann is interim vice chancellor for business, finance and business development and assistant vice chancellor and director of the office of budget and fiscal analysis at UNMC. In her interim role, Kraft Mann oversees finance, facilities, human resources, business development, healing arts, auxiliary services and public safety. As assistant vice chancellor and director, Kraft has responsibilities that include the annual budget, biennial budget request and campus-wide financial statement reviews.
In addition to Kraft Mann, finalists include:
- Bryson Palmer, assistant vice president of operations for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey (member of RWJ Barnabas Health System), who visited March 10.
- Anne Barnes, senior associate dean for administration and finance at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, who visited March 14.
- David McCaskill, former chief financial officer of Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, who will visit Wednesday, March 23, with a campus forum from noon to 12:45 p.m.
- Mike Ebbs, associate vice chancellor of finance at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, who will visit Tuesday, March 29, with a campus forum from noon to 12:45 p.m.
