The UNMC ice rink will hold its sixth annual Holiday Skate Day for UNMC students and employees from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 10.
Ice skaters can do a few laps around the rink to the tune of holiday classics and enjoy hot chocolate.
The first 100 people in attendance will receive a pair of UNMC winter gloves. Admission to the ice rink is free for all UNMC and Nebraska Medicine employees and students.
The ice rink, which is open to the public, will remain open through Jan. 30.
Hours of operation are:
- Monday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
