Annual NUFlex enrollment begins Oct. 25

Annual NUFlex enrollment for employee benefits is one week away. Enrollment begins on Monday, Oct. 25, at 8 a.m. CST and runs through Friday, Nov. 12 at 5 p.m. CST. To prepare, here are some things employees can do ahead of time:

• Log into Firefly
  • By logging into Firefly now, you are able to ensure that your password is current. If you have trouble logging in, contact the Firefly Helpdesk at 402-559-BUZZ (2899) or by email.
• Adding a new dependent?
  • Gather your dependent verification documents now. Here is a link for those documents.
• Considering using our Employee Plus One plans?
  • Review this information prior to enrollment.
• Have you had a life change event in the past 12 months?
  • Review your life insurance beneficiary designation by logging into Firefly, click on "Employee Self Service," and then click on the "Life Insurance Beneficiaries" tile.

Due to COVID-19, the benefits office is practicing social distancing. All employees will need to call or set up a Zoom meeting for questions or concerns pertaining to your benefit enrollment. If an issue cannot be resolved using one of these methods, the benefits office will set up a time for you to come into the office for assistance. Please note that all in-person appointments must be scheduled with a staff member via email or by calling and leaving a message at 402-559-4340.
