The UNMC community is invited to attend — in-person or online — today’s all-campus forum with UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, MD.

Attendees may join the forum from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Sorrell Center, Room 1005, or view the forum via Zoom.
Dr. Gold will be joined by Jane Meza, PhD, interim executive director for health security for UNMC and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and Kelly Cawcutt, MD, of the UNMC Division of Infectious Diseases. They will discuss a variety of campus issues, including:
- The potential impact of the Delta variant on campus;
- COVID-19 documentation efforts, including stickers for ID badges of vaccinated individuals;
- The NU leadership’s statement on academic freedom;
- Diversity, equity and inclusion efforts; and
- other topics, as well as taking questions from attendees.
An American Sign Language interpreter will take part in the event.
