Nebraska Medicine continues to broaden the patient care options offered across the Omaha metro area with the announcement of the construction of a new facility on its Village Pointe Health Center campus in West Omaha.
The newest building will be on the east side of the Village Pointe Health Center location, adjacent to the building located at 111 N. 175th Street. It will be the fourth building located at this site.
Kiewit Construction will break ground on the new 90,000-square-foot facility in the coming week. Noddle Companies is the developer for the project.
“Nebraska Medicine wants more people to have access to an array of our highly sought-after specialists in convenient locations,” said Cory Shaw, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Nebraska Medicine. “This new facility will provide an even wider selection of outpatient care options at a location our patients already recognize for its ease of access and convenience.”
The facility will feature new services and the expansion of existing clinical programs. Services already offered at the Village Pointe Health Center include:

Village Pointe Aesthetic Surgery and Dreams MedSpa is also operated by Nebraska Medicine and located on the Village Pointe Health Center campus.
Along with the Millard Health Center’s planned opening this fall, the Village Pointe Health Center Expansion continues Nebraska Medicine’s effort to make its world-class expertise more accessible in the communities we serve. It is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2023.
