Workstation specialist Tyler Heath was named the MMI Standout for the month of March.
During the transition to the new building, when all sorts of technology had to be moved and installed, Heath’s colleagues said he was notable for his graciousness, kindness and reliability throughout the sometimes stressful process. During this busy period, he also addressed a diverse set of other issues, such as troubleshooting a humanoid robot.
“Tyler’s approach to helping others stands out because he always starts with the assumption that ‘we can figure it out,’ and his approach is especially comforting given the stress associated with technology issues,” the award committee said. “Simply put, Tyler is solution-oriented and takes pride in helping (as well as teaching others) with any type of situation.”
