Falconwood Park has installed a permanent 50-foot screen at its drive-in theater and now is offering a discount for all UNMC students, faculty and staff in appreciation of the events UNMC has hosted at the venue, such as Match Day.
In addition to enjoying an outdoor social event, moviegoers can spread out, play and relax in 26 acres of green space. Refreshments, soda, popcorn, candy and more are available for purchase from the full bar and concession stand inside the newly remodeled pavilion building.
Families can play outdoor games, enjoy the playground, tree-lined walking paths and a disc golf course, while waiting for the movie to start.
Movies will show at dusk. Tickets can be purchased to watch the films from a vehicle.
