Register now for spring Re-Imagining U courses

It’s time to register for spring 2021 Virtual Re-Imagining U (RIU) courses, which are open to all UNMC and University of Nebraska at Omaha employees.

Re-Imagining U is a collaborative employee training and development program developed and coordinated by the joint UNMC and UNO office of Human Resources. More than 30 courses will be offered virtually starting in February. Re-Imagining U is offered at no extra cost to employees and provides an opportunity for employees to take advantage of resources and tools to accomplish development goals. Employees may now register for spring 2021 Re-Imaging U courses via the Bridge Learning Management System.

Log into Bridge to register in the Bridge Learning Library. In the Learning Library, scroll down to Re-Imagining U for course selection.

Highly sought after technology courses will return this year. In addition, there are several new courses including:

  • Bridging Worlds With Words – This session will examine inclusive language as a function of cultural awareness and knowing one’s audience.
  • Yes, You Can Still Laugh – This method actually stimulates creativity, clear thinking and boosts the “feel-good” chemicals in our bodies.
  • GOSIM – Learn an exercise to help you analyze “the ask” and get you through initiatives from start to finish.
