Opera Omaha’s Holland Community Opera Fellows and the Healing Arts Program will team this month for a “Lunchtime Creativity Break” on Jan. 27 from noon-1 p.m.
Participants will explore opera from a different perspective with an interactive virtual workshop designed to spark creativity, led by the Opera Omaha presenters. No experience is necessary.
This workshop will engage a variety of art forms to inspire participants to seek and discover their creative spark as a healing arts opportunity for wellness and inspiration.
During the workshop, participants will be provided tools to relieve stress, tap into the inner creative muse and discover the joys of creation.
“There is something for everyone and we welcome you to join us, escape into art, and create with us,” said Colleen Heavican Cass, curator of the Healing Arts Program. “In this workshop, we will explore the many art forms within opera, as we create our own works of art.”
Space is limited to 10 participants and a Zoom link will be sent upon registration for workshop. Email the Healing Arts Program.
