Facilities work order and service request system are continuing an update that began Jan. 7 at 10 p.m.. This will result in delays for submitting requests through today. The upgrade will result in improvements to access and interface — including a hosted environment that will allow remote access without Global Protect.
All links from the NOW page and UNMC quick links page will be updated and live once the update is complete.
Urgent requests during this time can be directed to the service desk at 402-552-3347.
Non-urgent requests should be tracked and sent through the normal process once the upgrade is complete.
The upgrade will include a link directly from the Appstore and the ability to access without Global Protect.
