A new, streamlined method is now available for requesting the services of the UNMC Department of Strategic Communications. The change is in line with the department’s new project-based structure, announced earlier this year.
Simple forms are available for each service offered by the department. When a form is submitted it immediately appears in the department’s project management system and notifies the appropriate staff members of the request.
“This new system is more efficient, allowing our department to better serve units throughout UNMC,” said Executive Director Bill O’Neill.
The list of services, including links to the forms, is located on the Strategic Communications subsite.
Examples of services include submitting story, photo and video requests, as well as help with social media, websites, graphic design, and events.

“Once you begin using the forms, it will eliminate uncertainty about whom to call or email,” O’Neill said. “The form automatically will land in the right hands.”
