The Healing Arts Program is working with Opera Omaha’s Holland Community Opera Fellows to offer a “Lunchtime Creativity Break” from noon-1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9.
The free, interactive virtual workshop will engage a variety of art forms to inspire participants to seek and discover their own creative spark, as a healing arts opportunity for wellness and inspiration.
During the workshop, participants will be provided tools to relieve stress, tap into their inner creative muse and discover the joys of creation.
“There is something for everyone, and we welcome you to join us, escape into art, and create with us,” said Colleen Heavican Cass, curator of the Healing Arts Program. “In this workshop, we will explore the many art forms within opera, as we create our own works of art.”
No artistic or music experience is necessary to participate in the program. The Zoom link will be sent upon registration for workshop; email the Healing Arts Program to reserve a spot today. Space is limited to 10 participants.
