In July, the IT Department shared the news that an email spam filtering tool, Proofpoint End-user Digest, had been enabled to protect colleagues from spam and the ability to manage suspected spam. It’s a tool we rely on more now than ever before.
Emails with greater than 25% probability of being spam are sent to a quarantined location independent of Outlook 365. This is an increase over the previous probability of 50%. It is recommended that the med center community members check and use the end user digest to ensure only valid spam are caught and blocked.
To learn more about the end user digest, please see the Email and Calendar service within IT Communication and Collaboration services.
