Final week for food trucks on campus

The week of Oct. 26 will be the final week that Sodexo brings food trucks to campus — at least for this year.

Throughout October, Sodexo has had a different food truck on campus each weekday as a pilot project to provide additional food options over the lunch hour. Sodexo plans to bring food trucks back to campus in the spring and would like feedback from the med center community on which vendors they prefer and why. Please share feedback by Oct. 31.

The schedule for the week of Oct. 26 is as follows with food trucks on campus from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

• Monday, Oct. 26 – Mobile Grace, Durham Research Tower II
• Tuesday, Oct. 27 – StreetSide Foods, Lot 13 (east side of the East Utility Plant near the College of Public Health).
• Wednesday, Oct. 28 – Mosaic Pickle, Durham Research Center II
• Thursday, Oct. 29 – La Casa Pizzeria, Lot 13 (east side of the East Utility Plant near the College of Public Health).
• Friday, Oct. 30 – Wonton Jon’s, Durham Research Center II

Customers are reminded that they must be masked and socially distanced, even when waiting in line outdoors at the food trucks.
