Annual NUFlex Enrollment for employee benefits is one week away. Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. CST, Monday, Oct. 26, and runs through Friday, Nov. 13,
5 p.m. CST. To prepare, here are some things employees can do ahead of time:
- Log into Firefly
- By logging into Firefly now, you are able to ensure that your password is current. If you have trouble logging in, please contact the Firefly Helpdesk at 402-559-BUZZ (2899) or by email.
- Adding a new dependent?
- Gather your dependent verification documents now. Here is a link for those documents.
- Considering using our Employee Plus One plans?
- Have you had a life change event in the past 12 months?
- Review your life insurance beneficiary designation by logging into Firefly, click on Employee Self Service, and then click on the Life Insurance Beneficiaries tile.
Due to COVID-19, the benefits office is practicing social distancing. All employees will need to call or set up a Zoom meeting for questions or concerns pertaining to your benefit enrollment. If an issue cannot be resolved using one of these methods, the benefits office will set up a time for you to come into the office for assistance. Please note that all in-person appointments must be scheduled with a staff member via email or by calling and leaving a message at 402-559-4340.
- Review your life insurance beneficiary designation by logging into Firefly, click on Employee Self Service, and then click on the Life Insurance Beneficiaries tile.
