The move aligns with Nebraska Medicine to increase consistency in tracking and functionality.
All links for submitting work orders will automatically roll over, so please use existing Facilities Service Desk links from Facilities home page and ‘Get it Done’ sidebar to access a Work Order request.
Users should click “Create Maintenance Request” to submit a new request and may use “View Service Requests” to see status of existing requests.
Please use the online submittal for requests, but contact the Service Desk for questions or concerns at 402-559-4050.
