How I fell in love with education: Teaching has always been a vital aspect of my career. Whether it was training new graduates in clinic or precepting students during their clerkships, I have always assumed a role of mentorship in my professional career. I have always enjoyed my experiences with the PA students and being part of their professional growth during such a critical aspect of their training. My role as a preceptor really invigorated my aspirations to be involved in PA education. I am excited to be provided the opportunity to give back to the profession and to be involved in shaping future PA colleagues.
