What are the greatest rewards of teaching?

The greatest reward of teaching is seeing previous students accomplish their career goals.

Describe a moment in your career when you realized you had picked the right occupation.

Teaching chose me. I can’t pick a moment because I have always worked to support others educationally.

What are the biggest challenges you face as a teacher?

A challenge as a clinical educator is balancing modeling for students on how to provide behavioral health services and letting them provide the service while I try to keep silent.

How do you know when you’ve been successful as a teacher?

When I witness a student saying exactly what I was thinking.
