Beginning April 14, new employee orientation sessions will be conducted virtually through Zoom. Supervisors will need to ensure that new hires have access to a computer or mobile device and download Zoom to participate.
- New hires will receive a calendar invite in Outlook with a zoom link to connect.
- New hires will receive a copy of the PowerPoint presentation and additional resources prior to the start of the orientation session.
- New hires will have to be present during the Zoom presentation to obtain credit for their attendance.
Important: New hires must complete their benefits enrollment within 30 days of their hire date. This can be completed through Firefly, or for assistance contact the benefits office at 402-559-4340.
