The Healing Arts Program will be hosting a creativity workshop for UNMC faculty and staff with Opera Omaha from noon-1 p.m. Thursday.
Led by the Community Opera Fellows, the workshop will engage a variety of art forms and modalities to inspire participants to seek and discover their own creative spark.
During the workshop, participants will be provided tools to relieve stress, tap into their inner creative muse and discover the joys of creation.
No artistic or music experience is necessary to participate in the event.
The free workshop will be held at the Durham Research Center II, Room 1002.
