Friday is final day of United Way drive

Friday is the final day of the 2019 UNMC United Way campaign. Let’s make it count!

When you give to United Way, you’re making a difference in the lives of thousands of people in our very own neighborhoods. More than 12 percent of people in Omaha-Council Bluffs live in poverty.

If you need more of an incentive, at 3 p.m. Friday, the UNMC United Way Committee will draw prize winners for the final week of the campaign. Prizes this week include:

  • Three $25 VISA gift cards;
  • A $50 VISA gift card; and
  • A pair of Husker football Tickets to the Iowa vs. Nebraska game on Nov. 29

Employees of UNMC who pledge a minimum of $20 (only $1.67 per month) to the United Way campaign will be eligible for the prizes listed above. You can log into eServ and make a pledge before 3 p.m. Friday to be included in the drawing.
